Late
- In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients and remain on schedule for all clients, the booked service may be shortened if late. (Regular service price will still apply). and GHB reserves the right to request that the appointment be rescheduled for a later date and time if more than 15 minutes late.
- All clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early.
- There is a 10 Minute grace period given after scheduled appointment time.
- Please Note: After 10 minutes, a $10.00 dollar late fee will be added to the service.
- Please Note: After hours appointments and squeeze in appointments are offered. There will be a $20.00 convenience fee added.
- We reserve the right to refused goods and service(s) to any one at anytime that is causing a disturbance or being a health or safety hazard to other patrons and/or personnel. Law enforcement will be called.
- We understand that last minute emergencies emerges from time to time and we will do a very best to accommodate another day and time free of charge if able to call ahead and notify us of the unintentional tardiness or late cancelation.
Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes. All deposits will be forfeited and a new booking will be required to reschedule.
Cancellation/No Show
- In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in 50% of the services booked charged to the card on file along with a $20.00 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled after 24-hours.
- No call/ No show appointments will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked to the card on file.
- After the second no call /No show future bookings will not be permitted.
Cellphones
- Cellphone calls and texting can disrupt a service in real time so please try to reframe or minimize the amount of time spent on the phone while being serviced to ensure pampering and relaxation.
- No phone calls on speaker or facetime.
- No loud videos, please bring headphones or ear pods.
Salon Etiquette
- No food or drink during service(s) to ensure proper sanitation guidelines are followed during the service(s). Light refreshments/snacks are available for your convenience before or after the scheduled service(s) appointment.
- No sleeping at the manicure station during service(s).Service(s) will be canceled. Appointments(s) will be rescheduled. All deposits will be forfeited.
- Damaged nails will not be serviced. The appointment will be cancelled upon arrival and inspection of the nails and all deposit forfeited.
- Please Note: While we strive to be perfectionist when it comes to servicing clients and ensuring 100% satisfaction we are realistic and know that we can not please all the people all the time so we ask that completed work be inspected before leaving for changes, repairs and satisfaction. Changes, repairs and/or dissatisfaction will not be honored after leaving the salon.
- In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients and personnel, children are not allowed in the salon at this time. The salon is not a safe place for children an we want to make sure to focus on pampering clients and providing a relaxing atmosphere while being serviced.
- In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients and personnel, Intoxicated patrons will not be serviced. The appointment will be canceled and all deposit forfeited. Rescheduling a new booking will be required. We want all of our clients in a free and clear state of mind to ensure the safety, satisfaction and well-being of all parties involved.
- Please Note: Services take around 2-5 hours depending on service being provided. We will not rush our work or take any attention away from our clients final results from pampering and relaxation.
- If sick/ill we ask that the appointment be reschedule when well. Sick/illness can spread to other clients, personnel and to our families. The appointment will be canceled and all deposit(s) forfeited if arriving sick/ill. You will be asked to leave the salon immediately and considered in violation of the policies guideline. A warning will be issued. After three (3) warning violations, you will be prohibited from booking and returning to the salon.
Payments
- Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted for services and products.
- Gratuities are also welcomed in cash.
- Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
Refund
- If for any reason there is an error or mistake with service only, we will gladly make any/all repairs before you exit the salon. All sales are FINAL SALES and will not be eligible for refund, return/exchange.
Age Requirements
- Ages 14 and below requires parental consent for service(s) and design(s). Artificial nail enhancement on anyone under 16 requires written parental consent and the parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver on behalf of the minor.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the salon unless said pet is an service animal. We have to be respectful of all clients and maintain the sanitation of the salon environment.
